Anybody else watching this? It's been pretty good so far. Paolo Banchero looked good, but man, I couldn't believe Jaden Ivey. A lot of good new players coming in. I know a lot of you guys soured on the NBA. I can see why. I just try not to pay any attention to the off court shit, turn the sound off, and enjoy some basketball. And yes doctor, I like to gamble on it.

For rookies, Banchero (Orlando), Holmgren (OKC) look really good, as expected. Scotty Pippen Jr. (Lakers) looks pretty good. Keegan Murray (Sac) had 32 in his first game. But imo, the player who stood out the most so far is Jaden Ivey (Det). He's only played one game so far. but he looks like he might be something special right away.

It's interesting too because Scotty Pippen, Shaq, and Ron Harper all have kids who are playing.

Many years ago the games in the Las Vegas summer were about five bucks to get in and you could pick any seat you wanted. Now, it's a huge two-week party. Not complaining, but some of you should think about attending as it is a very good time.

It seems like a good time for sure. Now you see a lot of players showing up to check out the rooks. I don't remember seeing that before.

A few years ago, I was at a summer league game and they brought two fans out for the halftime entertainment...the typical make a layup, free throw and 3-pointer. The announcer was revving up the crowd and said, "And to the winner...(big build-up) two tickets (excited pause) to an Las Vegas Aces WNBA game." The crowd, all at once, expressed a very loud collective groan. Very spontaneous and very funny.
